Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) contracts RATP Dev to manage its transportation system. RATP Dev is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CARTA bus and paratransit services in Charleston, which includes the hiring, training, and managing of drivers, maintenance, call center dispatch and other employees to ensure safety, maintenance, and customer service standards for all riders of the CARTA service.
