CARTA Route 11 (Dorchester/Airport) serves Charleston International Airport and travels directly to and from downtown. This route also connects to North Charleston hotels, Tanger Outlets, and the North Charleston Coliseum/PAC.
Visitors with disabilities can ride CARTA at a discounted rate by showing a Medicare card or a valid Disabled ID from their home transit system.
Visitors may also be eligible for Tel-A-Ride paratransit service if certified by another transit system or approved locally.
