The public is hereby advised that The Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) will conduct a public meeting to present proposed modifications for Route 104. The meeting will take place on the following date, time and location:

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information and receive public comments regarding the proposed route change to better serve the Liberty Hill Community on E. Montague. The proposed change will result in re-routing onto Gaynor Ave. to service the Amtrak station. Representatives from The City of North Charleston and CARTA will be present to provide specifics on the proposed route change and to accept comments from interested citizens.
