Senior Free Ride Day: Saturday, March 7

2020 SENIOR SERIES

Individuals over the age of 55 will be able to access Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) and TriCounty Link services for free on Saturday, March 07,2020.  The perk is part of both systems’ quarterly Senior Series, which encourages seniors to ride transit free of charge.

 

2020 Senior Free Ride dates are:

  • Saturday March 7, 2020
  • Wednesday, May 27, 2020 – National Senior Health and Fitness Day
  • Friday, August 21, 2020 – National Senior Citizen Day
  • Saturday, December 12, 2020

Participating riders are asked to bring ID when boarding. Travel training tips are available by emailing cruze@ridecarta.com.
